Greying out items which not selected in gallery

Hi, 

I'm really stuck with greying out logos in gallery which not selected. I'm doing training lab and I would like to create this:

Gallery on left side with graying logos non selected. I tried everything. Maybe it is one

    hi @Romana88 you can use the Transparent property for this.

     

    Set the transparent property of the image to If(ThisItem.IsSelected, 0, 0.8) it will highlight the one selected while keeping the others faded.

    hi @Romana88 

     

    in the vent you want to select more than one and deselect items:

    •  Add a column to you datasource (as collection)
    • AddColumns(yourDataSource,"MenuItemIsSelected",false) // all the menuitem will be deselected int he beginning
    • the image's transparency is now set as follows If(ThisItem.MenuItemIsSelected, 0, 0.8)
    • On the galery's OnSelect = Patch(yourDataSource,ThisItem,{MenuItemIsSelected:!ThisItem.MenuItemIsSelected})
