Hi,

We have couple external users that have E3 license, same as we.

They had access to couple of our PowerApps, and for next one we needed them to have access to O365Users connector and be able to search other users.

We changed their accounts from "Guest" to "Member" and they lost access to apps due to lack of license but they have license from their Tenant.

Any ideas why they lost access or how to use their license and in same time give them access to o365 user search?
