Hello,

Here is my scenario. I have about 100 subsites under a site collection, each subsite represents a high school. Once per year I would like to copy and delete all files with, for example, Academic Year = 2020-2021 from each subsite to a subsite under the same site collection called Archive. A) Can multiple files within a subsite's documents library that have the same Academic Year be copied (and then deleted)? I don't want to make a flow for each subsite. I'm having difficulty finding the File to Copy File Identifier.

I'd like to use a schedule or manual trigger flow.
