I have a Power App that starts a Cloud Flow, that works great.But I want to check if the Cloud Flow is already running. If it is then give a message that it is already running.
Is this possible?

You can return a value to Power Apps if the Flow is successful - is this what you are meaning?

That and to see if it is running, so I don't start it again.

As per my previous post, you can return a value to Power Apps
Simply return true and set the variable to this - test the Variable and if set, the Flow has run (remember to set it false before you run the Flow).
Will this work, if two different people run the same Power app at the same time, will not the variable be unique for each user?
Yes, the Variable is unique to each user's Power Apps session.
