Powerapps automate flow - Seems like cannot receive the variable from PowerApps

Currently, I'm intending to save a pdf to SharePoint, but I meet a challenge that makes me very exhausted.

 

This is my flow

This code works well, but it is not dynamic

But when I change the file path to a dynamic variable, the error appears
