One drive business Folder to Newly created SharePoint folder data Movement when we are uploading the files on one drive

Hello Team ,

 

I need to Build the Flow in Power automate as below mention as per steps .

 

1. I have created one drive folder Request link for Users to upload their Documents  and once they upload the document as requested folder all documents will be successfully stored .

2. We need to Move this all files from one drive folder to our SharePoint folder in Newly created folder with Unique name .and all files should be move in Newly created folder on single Run .

 

@Anonymous @IIT @NGIIT  :- If it is Possible then please share me the details of flow and steps your appriciated response

    I hope I have you correct, you have multiple users each with their own indvidual one drive, you have folder in each of their one drives that thay will store files in.

     

    Then you want to move the files from each one drive folder to a central Sharepoint document library.

     

    And you want one flow to achive the above, is the above correct.

    No We have shared Request folder links to this users to upload their documents and once they upload the document on  One drive folder all documents should be moved in SharePoint lib / folder with newly created folder

    A One Dive is personal to the user and Sharepoint is access for all. 

     

    From my knowledge what you are trying to do cannot be acheived as each user would have to have a flow within their user account to achive what you want to do.  And not knowing how many users you are talking about this could be achiveable if the user base is small but if you have hundereds then this might not be fully achiveable.

     

    Why cannot you educate your uses about SharePoint and why you want them to use it.  Some of the only files I know of that might be saved to the users One Drive are recordings of Teams meetings which I have created a flow to move from the One Drive to Sharepoint in a Tenant I am a user of but not a Global Admin.
