How to add new value to the request during an Approval action apart from the "response" and "comments"?

Hi Gents, I'd like to build a flow that allow the approver to add new value to the request apart from the "response" and "comments".

Say, you have column A, B, C and D created in a SharePoint List. Information will be filled in columns A and B only by the requester. When the approval is made, the approver can approve the request with new values added to column C & D as well as modification of the value at column A & B.

Is there a way to do the above during a "Approval" action apart from the response of "Approved / Rejected" and the general comment?

Thanks

Raymond

    Hi @Raymondwkmok,

It's unfortunate that add an additional field into the approval request during Approval process is not supported.

If you want this feature could be possible in the future, you could head to IDEA forum to submit your idea, collect votes to make it come true in the future:
