Sharepoint New Form save not working

I am having trouble with a custom Sharepoint Powerapps form. I have created a new form on a brand new list/site but the default save button is not working on new form. I have tried to add button to submit the form but nothing happens.

 

The edit form is working as expected.

 

I have also tried to delete the custom form an adding a brand new with no modifications without any luck.

 

Any suggestions?

    Hi @TietjeDK 

    This can sometimes happen when the form doesn't include all fields that are marked as mandatory in SharePoint. Can you confirm that your form includes all mandatory fields?

    It seems that title was missing even though I had set it as hidden in the list content type and to not required. 

     

    As a workaround, I am giving it a default value and hide it in the form.

     

    But this seems to be counterintuitive.
