I've a SharePoint list that has the regions of the world. Within Power Apps I've a combo box that retrieves the list of regions:

Choices([@ListSite].Region)

This retrieves and displays the following in my combo box:

Europe

Asia

Africa

America

Oceania

However, I'd also like the value 'All' to be listed in my combo box (this value doesn't exist in SharePoint). Therefore, my combo box should display:

All

Europe

Asia

Africa

America

Oceania

How do I modify my Items within Power Apps to include 'All' in my Combo Box?

ClearCollect( newCollection, {Value: "All"} ); Collect( newCollection, Choices([@ListSite].Region) ) )

Then your dropdown Items property should be bounded to newCollection

Also, if you would rather not have the extra overhead on your app from the collections, and want your Items to be dynamic rather than having to perform a behavioral action to build a collection, you can use the following formula for your Items property of the Combobox:

Ungroup( Table({Items:["All"]}, {Items:Choices([@ListSite].Region)}), "Items" )

This will provide an "All" at the top of the list.

If you need sorting of the choices, you can also use this formula:

Ungroup( Table({Items:["All"]}, {Items:Sort(Choices([@ListSite].Region), Value)}), "Items" )
