Converting binary data to Image file

I have binary data captured in Sharepoint List as multi text line and how do you convert this into Image in Power app? 

 

In Power app, I have created formviewer I would like to see this binary data into Image.

I have used below formular but it seems the binary data is not coverting into image file.

    Here it will be important that those binary data are converted into a format that you can use in PowerApps.

     

    It is possible that with the HTML component and the IMG tag you can display it. It would be something like this:

    <img src="data&colon;image/png;base64,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...">

    @Ismael_Novo , thanks for the reply and honestly, I have no idea what you are saying. 

    Is there special formula that I need to use to bring binary data to power app and convert to image file?

    Oh. I'm sorry. I'll explain better. PowerApps has a component that is for displaying HTML. This is the language of web pages but if you don't know it don't worry because you only have to use one line of code to be able to display a binary image.
