The aim is to track where the assignment paperwork sits , how long it sits with a particular department.

Scenario: Assignments are submitted by the student after the attendance. Admin team enters the student names on the system every afternoon after course attendance. They have 10 days after the completion date to submit the assignment. Once assignment is received trainer has 10 days to mark. Then the paperwork goes to QA team for assurance. They have 5 days. After that paperwork moves to admin team. They have 1 day to enter the assignment results.

What to measure:

Below should be auto populated , also dates shouldn't fall on a weekend or a public holiday
Assignment due date by the student
Assignment due to be marked by the trainer
Assignment due to be QA'd by the QA team

Based on the data manually entered there should be data auto populated too.

The solution should sit in MS teams. Which means it should be online supported sheet.
