My Flow does not activate

Hi everyone.

 

I am new to Flow.

I tcreated a simple flow from "send a notification when you receive an e-mail from a VIP costumer" template.

Fairly simple, I just changed the e-mail and saved.

I installed the flow software to my android device and sent an e-mail from the e-mail adress I inputted to the template but nothing happened.

I think it might be a bug because of language customisation as I am using Turkish version of Flow. Or I might be doing something wrong but it is so simple that I hardly can.

 

I will be grateful if someone can assist.

    Hi @BlueHawk,

     

    So here you are using the following template?

    Get a push notification when you get an email from a VIP customer

    I just created a test and it works from my side.

    For the Email action, the only field that we need to customize is the From field:

    For the flow running details, would it be available for you to share a screenshot?

    Troubleshooting a flow

    Make sure you have sent to the proper Email box (You should be able to find the Mailbox connection by clicking the ... at the top right of the On New Email trigger) configured with Microsoft Flow.

    Hi Michael;

     

    This is pretty straightforward.

    I am doing exactly the same thing and yes, I have checked the mailbox connection. It also seems correct.

    As I said on my first e-mail, I am quite convinced that this is a language issue (as mine is in Turkish).

    If you could test it in a Turkish environment maybe that may give us a clue.

    As for the flow running details, I cannot share because it simply does not activate, thus it doesn't run.
