Try to Show 1-up manager in PowerApps

Dear PowerApps Jedi,

i am working on an Apps that can show the 1up or 2up manager of the user.Would like to know how to make it work:

now i am using a dropdown list for user to select their 1up for approval, but if it can show their 1up or even 2up in the field by default would be awesome.
