Trying to get a simple example of flow using sql connectors on both ends working and it's failing

I've got two tables setup and a flow to move data from one to the other on insert.

I run an insert and nothing happens. No errors, nothing. Help

Screenshots and code below. I'm talking about a super simple scenario here.

insert into table_1 (id, value) Values (6, 'hi')

I'm attempting to use Flow on a real world scenario and it's failing so I put this together as proof of concept. Still can't get it to work. What am I doing wrong?

I mentioned in the original post that I get no errors unfortunately.
