Could you please share more details about the issue within your app?
Which version of PowerApps Mobile App do you use within your Mobile device?
I have made a test on my side (on my iPhone X), and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
The version of PowerApps Mobile App in my iOS device is 3.18114.16, the version of my iOS device is 12.1.2.
Please check if the version of PowerApps Mobile App in your Mobile device is the latest version, if not, please upgrade it into the latest version. Also please consider uninstall the PowerApps Mobile App from your Moble device, and re-install it again, check if the issue is solved.
In addition, please consider take a try to disable/turn off "Improved app rendering (final validation)" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your app, then re-publish your app, try your app within your Mobile device again, check if the issue is solved.
If the issue still exists, please consider take a try to re-create your SP list, then re-create a new app based on your new SP list (generate an app based on your SP list), check if the issue still exists.
