How to pull "Add a Note" field from Task Card to Microsoft Project

Hi, everyone. I am new to the community and Microsoft Power Automate. I'm looking for a way to get any information typed in the "Add a Note" field on the Task's card back into my Microsoft Project Grid.

Also wondering if anyone has a template to make the completion of a Main task trigger a Teams Message that includes all of the Dependent tasks that will need to be assigned and completed.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks!

    Hi @jmprado

Can you please tell us more about which connectors you are trying to use? Outlook Tasks and Planner are two connectors that provide task functionality.

I set up a workflow in Microsoft Project Online that I was able to link to my Teams Channel for Kanban use. This will be used across multiple departments so I'd like to get any text that is typed in to the "Add a Note" field in the Teams environment to pull back to Microsoft Project Online grid to work as a quick reference/high level overview. Here are reference screenshots. I also noticed that the Add A Note field exists in the Microsoft Project Cards as well but doesn't show up as a column option to add to the Grid.

Also looking for more Flow/Power Automate templates that use the Completion of a Task in Teams to trigger something else to happen to that tasks dependents (example: if I am supposed to delegate out tasks 2, 3 and 4 but I have to wait until Task 1 is fully completed. I'd like an automated message or email to send once Task 1 is marked complete in the Teams Card, email would include the dependents of task 1 (tasks 2, 3 and 4) to be action items. Also would like tasks 2, 3 and 4 cards to be automatically pulled into the Teams Kanban after Task 1 is completed.)

    Hope this makes sense!
