Getting this error when I run the flow

When I try to run the flow I am getting the following  error as shown below

the flow is freezing like this

please help me i am not even able to close the app

i close it from task manager.

    Hi everyone

    since the excel which I was trying to read has the headers with special characters

    [po] Line Type 

     

    after removing the [] then my issue has resolved
