Why does Combobox have "general" as a selection?

Hello -

I am trying to customize a Power Apps form in a Sharepoint document library.

I have a combobox but cannot figure out why there is a "General" defaulted item.

I also cannot keep the default selected item even when I put

{Title: ThisItem.Title}

I did use this formatting to edit the record.

The record keeps the DrugID but not the DrugName

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I figured this one out too....I was not using the Title column. 😂
