Excel import in Sharepoint with Automate - Problems with Multi-Value Fields

Hi

Trying to import Multivalue-Fields from Excel into Sharepoint. Looks difficult.

Have a People-Field with different People.

1st Problem - Automation stops, if Person left the Company (not in AD anymore).

2nd Problem - can add multiple People into Field, even with workarround to create multiple columns for People in Excel.

Any Ideas?

Have you considered creating two columns in the destination SharePoint list that are registered as unrequired, then run a Condition action in the flow to check if the user is still with the company?

If they're not, then fill out the column that is just an email address or whatever, and if they are still current, then fill out the 'People' column that populates a full on UPN based piece of data. You can even have a boolean column that indicates if they've left or not, etc, etc, etc.

Does that make sense? (sorry, sometimes I waffle!)
