Hi,

if anyone knows, in the Power Apps form, how can I make the user input the name and get the job title auto- filled?

Actually, I don't know what is the DataCardValue32, you should reference to the selected employee from a Combo Box as below:

First(Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:ComboBox.Selected.Email})).JobTitle

Hi,
The error was I set up the job title column as a person and group column, and it seems not allowed to use the formula, however after I changed it to the multiple texts, the issue is with the person name dropdown as allowed to do multiple choice, for the job title part, I only can get one title result (see below screenshot).

A tip for you, tell us your column settings from beginning😂

Here is what I am confused, the screenshot you provided proves that the control corresponding to job title is a Text Input, which expects text value.

All the solution is based on a Text column for Job Title, this is the key to this issue.

So, now the issue is you have a multi select people picker, and you want to display job titles of each user in the Text Input control, right?

If so, please set the Default property of the Text Input control as below:

Concat(ForAll(ComboBox7.SelectedItems,First(Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:DisplayName})).JobTitle),Value,",")

Note that ComboBox7 represents the Combo Box in your scenario used to select users.
