AFAIK, the link to a file from OneDrive is not a link to a file but rather a link to the page that displays that file. If you try to paste that link in the browser, you can see that your browser will not attempt to download that file (as it would normally do with file links) but rather will show a page that would promt you to download/listen to that file.
To prove this, I just tested this by uploading a test mp3 file to Azure Blob storage and set that link to the audio playback control. That worked fine.
So it will not work in Onedrive ?
Audio control requires link to files, so no - you will not be able to play an audio file from OneDrive directly.
May I ask the reason you want to be able to do that? The OneDrive link is dynamic, which means you will not be able to have an application that accesses files by name (because you cannot predict the links to your files). If all you need is to allow the users to play some files then it may be easier to load the media files in your app (see this page: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/add-images-pictures-audio-video). In this case anybody who dodnloads your app will be able to play them.
