Need help for getting values from multi-choice column on SharePoint list to a Dropdown based on value selected in another dropdown.
Powerapps form control: Affected version dropdown values should be pulled from SharePoint multi-choice column based on item number selected in another dropdown control.

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Does the list in that screenshot include both Item Number column and TestAffectedVersion column? What's the Items property of Item Number Combo box? Will one item number relate to multiple entries in this list so it will have multi-multiple selected choices?

This is SharePoint column attributes. Its a choice column with 'Can Add Values Manually' is checked so that end user can enter new feed the new values when submitting new form.
this is how SharePoint column looks like. multi-selection is separated with comma when added new record.
One item number may have multiple testAffectedVersions.
On a new form when I will select any items in the Item Number dropdown box I should be able to fetch all the items listed in the SharePoint 'A' list and submit record on a new SharePoint 'B' list.
Is there a way to pull Sharepoint 'A' list values as a choice to a ComboBox/Dropdown while submitting a new record in Sharepoint 'B' form?

However, you still need to show me more details about both lists, especially including the column values currently saving in the lists. Like in the screenshot below, which is my test data:
In addition, if you want to use a column values from ListA in ListB column, you can simply use ListA.ColumnName as Items of Combo box, if ListA column is a Text column. For other types of columns, it would be much more complicated and that's the reason why I need more lists&columns details.
