Update excel row after excel file has been replaced

I have an excel file that has one table. We replace that excel file with a new excel file every 4 months with one that contains different data but has the same name. The table name stays the same as well. Now my flow originally would update the row based one the file name and that specific table, but since the file is being replaced the flow fails with the following error.

No table was found with the name '{********-****-****-****-********}'.
clientRequestId: ********-****-****-****-********
serviceRequestId: ********-****-****-****-********

I tried using "Get Tables" Action to get the table but when I put the name of the table from the action I cannot update the values. Is there any way I can update the rows when the file is changed?

You need to fill in Table ID outputs from "Get tables" to target to the table:
