That is not really correct. It can be used in production and generally works well. It's just that some actions have only been added recently and not all of them may actually work properly. So, one must be careful when using them and make sure they really result in what's expected.
@ryanpuffer , I haven't tested this myself, but the "Original Mailbox Address" in the "Get emails (V3) (Preview)" action is specifically intended for the purpose of specifying a shared mailbox address to retrieve the emails from:
So, this should cover what you need, as you mentioned you need to retrieve emails.
