Hey!

Right now I am building an app, where employees of an organisation will be educated on specific topics. The company has their own Intranet page on SharePoint, and the app is planned to be integrated in Teams. I have a few questions with regards to how implement this solution in PowerApps.

First of all, the app needs to recognise, who is using the app. Furthermore, it should track the progress of the user (read articles, completed quizzes etc). So, could you please help me and give suggestions, how I can proceed with this.

You need to establish actions first on how you gonna measure when a user reads articles or completes a quiz. Once you have done that you can start planning on what databases will you be building.

Database planning is crucial because you know this is one of the limitations of powerapps. You don't want to use too many rows, so you'll need to plan it.

Once the database plan is built, start working on relationships. How are you going to relate one table to another table?

And once that is done, you can start wireframing your app or just start coding straightaway. Please don't start coding without the database ready cause you'll end up with too many revisions.
