I'm trying to get a backup from my entity, it's images included.
But I could just export the data in a csv file without it's images,
How can I back up or get the access to the image or pictures too?

what is the purpose of the backup? Common data service has point in time backup, so you can restore any entity to previous values. For example I had a client that accidentally sorted his data in Excel incorrectly and imported it in. we simply went to PPAC and chose backup and restore and restored the backup.
If you have dynamics 365 you can use the dynamics export service to back up your CDS to Azure sql.
If you don't, set up a scheduled flow to move the data to someplace else like a sharepoint list.
finally you can use the configuration migration tool to export data to an xml file, including the picture. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-configuration-data
