I have a Flow that when a New Response is submitted it Updates an item.
The MS Form is opened, via another Flow, that contains a link to the Form.
I'm experiencing issues where the MS Form, when submitted, doesn't match the SharePoint record ID. Is there anyway that this can set to ensure the submitted MS form does update the correct item in SharePoint.
