SharePoint Automate menu is gone

On my SharePoint, I used to be able to select an item to kick off my flow from the Automate Menu.  Now I can't find it - where did it go?

    Hi, I think it's due to the permission issue. May I know what permission do you have on this list or library and also on the site collection level.

    Actually after a re-boot it is back to normal.  Never mind 🤔

    @Sawyer seems that it was a browser caching problem. Glad that ur problem has been resolved...
