How can PAD extract data from an Edge webpage with 'This page is experiencing a problem' error message?

Hello Everyone.

I have a PAD desktop flow which extracts data from a webpage using Edge. Sometimes, if the website has heavy traffic, the webpage won't load, and Edge will display a message 'This page is having a problem' with a Refresh button on it. My flow will obviously stop then.

I tried to use the PAD option to extract data from webpage to capture this and incorporate it into my flow, but the browser helper never works on that specific page, meaning it never even fires up to let me select any of the page elements - has anyone else noticed it?

How can I then check for this in my flow and make sure that the flow either refreshes the page or restarts from the beginning again and remains uninterrupted when this happens?

Each web automation action has timeout settings - use this to manage how long the actions will wait for the page to load before they fail.
Then use on error blocks to manage how flow acts when it succeeds and fails to execute actions.

@momlo's answer is the "correct" way to handle it, but for a simple-and-fast method, you can use the "if web page contains" method, this normally takes a UI element but you can switch it to text instead, check for the text "This page is having a problem" and if it's found, re-load the page.
