10Hi, I have a problem to solve.
We want to send a form to people from outside our organization. They should be able to fill in without signing in and the data should be save as an SharePoint list item. Our form is pretty complex, so Microsoft Forms is not for us. For example in our form we have a table to fill in (as far as I know it is not possible in Microsoft Forms nether in Power Pages).
The best solution that I have in mind right now is to send fillable PDF and after receiving it back I can use AI Builder to extract data to SharePoint list. But this isn't sounds perfect, because I need to teach AI Buider 5 times how to read the same form.
Do you guys have better ideas?
