PAD Update BUG 2.51.349 - Automation browser stopped working

After updating to new PAD version 2.51 all processes with internal automation browser started having major issues. When browser window opens a warning window keeps popping up saying :
'A website is attemting to open an external application on your computer. Are you sure you want to proceed?'
 
I had to downgrade to 2.49 version..
