Retrieve specific value from one Sharepoint list and pass it to the column on another list

Hi all,

I was wondering is there a solution to this: I created two Sharepoint lists, first list contains this columns: Type of Doc, Price < 300, Price 300-500, Price 500-1000. Second list contains The same Type of Doc, Choice Column with the the same prices, Approval Person(More than 1). My flow needs to work like this: When the new item is created(Type Of Document and The price is passed) algorithm have to compare these values on the second list and Update Approval Person of the Item to the column on the first list.

I think you can build flow something like below..

Add GetItems action after trigger on 2nd List.

Apply filter on type of document.

Declare a string variable to hold approver emails.

Then loop through the items and add a switch on price from first list i.e. trigger.

Then on the conditions add, second list columns. If they match, map approver name to string variable using Append to string variable option.
