Multiple lines from sharepoint list in to a single email

I have a list of all our maintenance contracts.  I have a flow that gets all iterms that are due with in 30 days and sends an email to me.

I get a single email for each item.

I am trying to consolidate this to a single email with all the items in one email.

Any ideas?

BTW I just discovered FLOW a week ago.

Thanks

Will

This is super simplified, but this is how you would do it:

Do a flow with a trigger based on recurrance, run it every day on a schedule

Create a String variable called "EmailBody"

Create a Variable and use an expression to get todays date

Create a variable and use an expression to get todays date + 30 days

Do a Get Items from your SharePoint list that match the date between today and today + 30 days

Then do a Apply For Each result in SharePoint

Then do an Append to String and add some formatting to the EmailBody.  This would build a single list of items that would go into your email.

Then the last step would be to Send an Email and include the EmailBody.

    Hi @Anonymous,

Please try to use the action Create HTML table or Create CSV table to send emails that contain a full list of all the items from the previous step.

Please check the following blog for more details:

If you need more help, please feel free post back.

    Best regards,
