Hi @ululj
This question is related to on how we can apply anchoring on selectors to find a UI Element based on other UI Element.
Let me explain with same website
See below
Assume i want to select Stopping option corresponding to name as Flat belt.

For this, I have used following selector
tr:has(td:contains("Stopped")) td:eq(0)
The explanation of the selector is as follows
Bot tries to identify the the row-column which has value equals to stopped (td:contains("Stopped")) (jQuery does not support equals, so used contains) and then find the row corresponding to the column value (tr:has(td:contains("Stopped"))) which is equal to Stopped and then find the first column value of that row as that column is child element of the row (td:eq(0))
The HTML structure for the case was like below

In the same way you have to approach your problem as well 🙂
