Do you want to filter your flow with certain condition?
Please try to add a Condition under the trigger to filter. Please check the following doc on how to add a condition for more details:

Besides, one of the know limitations for SQL trigger is that it doesn’t work for on-premises SQL Server. Please check the following link for a reference:
