CoE Starter kit

I was creating the new CoE starter kit, and when I imported the CenterofExcellenceCoreComponents_4.31_managed.zip file, we were facing the Import failed due to missing dependencies for Center of Excellence - Core Components, 
I followed all the steps mentioned in the below link:

please suggest completing the CoE starter kit
