Hi,

I've got a small application build. I want to visualize in one datacard value the first name and the last name.

They are both in different columns in the dataverse table.

Currently I'm only able to show the first name.

Codes I'm using:

DisplayFields:

["cr3e4_contactpersoon" ,"cr3e4_achternaam"]

SearchFields

["cr3e4_contactpersoon","cr3e4_achternaam"]

Items

Choices([@Activiteiten].'Contactpersoon bedrijf')

Hi @MR_laut ,

It seems that you are using a LookUp column 'Contactpersoon bedrijf' to populate the Combo box items. If you want to show different columns in this Combo box, you need to change Items property to the table directly, and in addition add a new column where contains both first and last name:

Items:

AddColumns(Contactpersoonhedrijf, "Naam", ThisRecord.'cr3e4_contactpersoon'& "" & ThisRecord.'cr3e4_achternaam')

Update of this DataCard:

DropColumns(DataCardValue.Selected,"Naam")

DisplayFields:

["Naam"]

SearchFields:

["cr3e4_contactpersoon","cr3e4_achternaam","Naam"]

You could consider creating a formula column in Dataverse to return the full name.

Combining the first and last name is likely a common thing that you might want to do throughout your app. If you create a formula column, you can do this once and not have to write formula throughout your app to combine the first and last names.
