I think I'm missing something here but can't figure out what.
I have a form set up where a user fills it in however depending on what option they pick, it will either go to there manager or they will go to a new screen where it they will need to enter the name of the office 365 user that they want to assign it too.
HOWEVER i can't figure out how to set up the combox box so that it submits all forms and then adds that user to the manager column.

What would be the best way to set up the combox so that it finds a user and updates to the manager column as part of Form6_12.
