adding a hyperlink in an email sent with Outlook

Hello,

I am trying to send an email with a hyperlink though outlook in the PA Desktop version. I have toggled the switch to send email as HTML and have added the brackets to send the link with the text but continue to get a syntax error. The picture shows the toggle switch active as well as the hyperlink section within the body of the email.

Thank you, I did change this and still get a syntax error. Other posts have mentioned the need to encode/decode the link because it contains a % which PAD recognizes as a variable entity. If the HTML portion is structured with <\> and "" I dont understand why that would have an impact if within those locations. Thanks for the response!
