I am creating a vehicle reservation app in which I want to implement an admin screen where only members of the property management security group have access. I do not want to have to add emails manually because the members who need access can change. Is this doable in PowerApps or do I need to create a separate "admin app"?

Get Users Or Members From The AD Security Group In PowerApps (c-sharpcorner.com)
Collect the members of your security group and then check if the current user is in it, if so set a variable like glbIsAdmin = true and then control the visiblity of the navigation to an admin screen by that variable.
