Populating Forecasted dates based on Week Commencing Date

Hi

I am trying to populate a sharepoint list with forecasted hours starting from the week the project started. I have the forecasted hours in a table;

Week      Hours

Week 1      1

Week 2      2

Week 3      2

Week 4      4

If a project starts on Week commencing 20th November for example i need to populate the hours from that week onwards.

My sharepoint list looks like below with the W/C dates as columns across the top. In the below example i would want to populate, 1 in column 13/11/2023, 2 in column 20/11/2023, 3 in column 27/11/2023 and 4 in column 04/11/2023 based on the look up table and start date of 13/11/2023.

I am struggling to work out how i can do this and the formulas. Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks
