Is there a way to easily see why a desktop flow is being designated as premium? I'm using a series of send keystrokes, mouse movement to image/text and read text actions, I used the recorder at one point, does that automatically designate a premium category? Otherwise I'm not sure what is forcing it to be a premium license. I was wanting to share the flow with others on my team, but the premium license is a road block.
The recorder is not a premium feature. The only premium actions in Power Automate Desktop are those under the action groups that are marked with a Premium icon, such as the "Logging", "Work queues" and other action groups.
However, desktop flows in general are premium when you use them under a work/school account. They can only be used for free under a personal MS account, and you cannot do any sharing or any kind of connectivity with the cloud under the free version of PAD. If you want to share them with your team members, that's a premium functionality and, as such, they need to have Premium licenses.
