Triggering Email from Excel

I have an excel spreadsheet with people's certifications in them and the dates each certification expires.  I have set up conditional formatting for each cell to change colour to yellow when the certification expires or the cell is blank.  Based on the criteria of the certificate being expired or the cell being blank, I would like to automate sending an email to each person listing their expired certifications so they know they need to be renewed.  If possible, I would like it to send one email per person, listing all their expired certifications and not one email per expired certification, if possible.  I am a total beginner and don't really have any idea what I'm doing.

    Hi @Izabela11 :

I've made a test for your reference:
    1\My Excel table:

    2\My Flow:

    The Result:

This flow will check the expired items in the excel table once a day,and sent the items to the user.

    Re: Triggering Email from Excel

    Hi,

Thank you for your response.  I wanted to attach a copy of what my table looks like, because it is set up differently than your example.  There are multiple columns of information, but I am only interested in sending reminders for data in columns P, R, S, T, U and V.  Sorry you can't see the email address column, the table is too big to fit in one screen shot.  It is in column G.  Also, I would actually like to be able to trigger the flow myself or maybe on a monthly basis.

    Hi @Izabela11 :

If you want to add more columns, then you only need to modify this action:

If you only need to trigger this flow once a month, then you only need to modify this trigger:
