Hi,
I have an attachment control to upload files to SP Library, I am doing this by clicking a button to run a flow to create the file. what I need is to check if the file already exist in library before taking the action to run the flow.
I know how to check it by Power Automate. but I need to do it from PowerApps.

The issue you will have here is that a query on the file name in a Library is not Delegable, so once the Library file numbers get over your Delegation limit, the query will not work fully. Other than that, for smaller Libraries (under your limit), you just need to do a lookup for the name matching the last name in your attachment control and if not blank then the file exists.
