Pagination/threshold limit error in SharePoint http request

Hi,

 

I am using SharePoint http request to get items in flow. I need to retrieve more than 5000 items in single action without loops.

But I am facing bad gateway 502 error(Threshold limit). How should I increase pagination limit in HTTP request?

Pls suggest.
