I have a use case, and i don't know if it is doable or not?
is it possible to build a chatbot (dataverse for teams only not premium) such as :
1/ The user raises a question regarding a specific topic in the chatbot, in the question there is the key word "invoicing"
2/ The chatbot reads inside a word document (which is stored in a sharepoint site)
3/ The chatbot extracts some sentences related to "invoicing" and returns them to the user.
is it doable ? with an E1 for Office 365 ? or a standalone license?

The PVA Generative Answers feature will take a user's question and use documents on a sharepoint you point at in order to provide answers to them related to their question, which seems similar to what you're asking for. There are multiple data sources supported; Sharepoint is one - if you use that, your end users have to be authenticated in the PVA bot as PVA queries sharepoint using that user's credentials.
