Hello,

I need Help with a Combo-Dropdown-Box. Lets talk first about how the Data Looks:

MS Forms --> Power Automate --> MS List

One part of the Form accepts multiple Answers, the Flow adjust the Format of the Data:

In the end it looks like an CSV File: Item1,Item2,Item3 ...

1. Line of that Column could look like this: Item2,Item3

2. Line of that Column could look like this: Item1

3. Line of that Column could look like this: Item1,Item3

....

How should the Dropdown look in the end:

- All Values of that Column should be visible only once => For that I use usally Distinct()

- All Items seperated via comma should be extracted and visible as one entry in the dropdown but only ONCE

- It should be dynamic, all Dropdown entries which are in the Column should be present, always

I tried already a lot but my Formulas aren't working good. Sometimes I only see numbers instead of the Text or the Dropdown is not dynamically filled by the MS-List.

If you need more information please come back to me.

Thank you for your time!

    Nobody? Any more Information required?

I can try to summarize it a little bit:

Dropdown shows Values only in CSV Format: ITEM1,ITEM2,ITEM3

But I want to have for each element one Entry in that dropdown AND no duplicates if the Items existing in more than one Line.

Here is a samle Picture how the Data Looks:

So in Column Data4 => No duplicates should be visibile in the dropdown and each Item as one entry.

    Hope that it helps.
