I created a cloud flow that copies basic information from my gmail like the receipt date, from, subject and enter them in an excel saved on my one-drive. It worked well while testing and I received details of few emails as well. However, I saw that it is getting failed now. I am getting the below error:

You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser.
clientRequestId: ee2c3b34-c3b9-47e1-8b0d-99cc1d1545f4
serviceRequestId: 615072cf-5580-42be-a5a3-9ca0db3edf77

The error you're encountering typically occurs when the Power Automate flow cannot access the Excel file on OneDrive due to a permissions issue. Below are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    1. Verify Permissions
      1. Ensure that your OneDrive account has full access to the Excel file.
        1. Check if you can manually open the file in OneDrive using the same account that the flow is running under.
      2. If the file is shared with others, ensure the sharing settings have not restricted access or revoked permissions for the flow account.
    2. Use the Correct Connection in Power Automate
      1. Reconnect the OneDrive and Excel Online connectors:
        1. In Power Automate, open your cloud flow.
        2. Click on the connectors that interact with OneDrive and Excel.
        3. Reauthenticate them by signing in with the same account that owns the file.
    3. Verify File Location
      1. Ensure that the Excel file is still in the same location as specified in the flow. If the file was moved, renamed, or deleted, the flow will fail.
      2. Update the file path in the flow if necessary.
    4. Check File Locking Issues
      1. If the Excel file is open in another application (e.g., Excel desktop app or Excel online), it may cause a lock, preventing the flow from writing to it.
      2. Solution: Close the Excel file everywhere it might be open and rerun the flow.
    5. Check for File Metadata Issues
      1. Sometimes, the OneDrive file metadata can become corrupted, causing access issues.
      2. Try creating a new Excel file with the same structure, copy over the data, and update the flow to point to the new file.
    6. Use Explicit Paths Instead of Dynamic Paths
      1. If your flow uses dynamic content for the file path, ensure it resolves correctly.
      2. Replace dynamic paths with explicit file paths (e.g., /Documents/MyFile.xlsx) in the connector's settings and retest the flow.
