What if you have too many answers with the same title to populate in flows for saving responses from forms to a SharePoint list

Hi,

I am trying to create a flow to save the data to a SharePoint list from forms response.

The problem is I have too many branched sections and questions that should have the same name. That's why I couldn't find an easy way to create the flow. See the example of the structure of the form below.

Section 1 has a question about choosing the product type.

Section 2 has questions for  "Product 1".

Section 3 has the questions for "Product 2.

And I need to save the answers to the questions in sections 2 and 3 in the same column. When it is just 2 sections and 4 questions its not a problem but when I have too many questions with the same name it's not possible which one is which.

Maybe it is time to redesign your forms?

This will need to be something you solve yourself. It is not an issue with Power Automate or SharePoint. You cannot have two columns with the same exact name in SharePoint:

You'll need to come up with a naming convention to make them unique. For example, if you have a question named Product in sections 1, 2, and 3, you could create three corresponding columns named Product S1, Product S2 and Product S3. And this way you will know what data corresponds to which question.

However, the screen shot of your form doesn't show three questions with the same exact names. I see three differently named questions. Although, if you did have three identically named questions, Microsoft Forms would internally give them different names.
