Sending bulk approvals or email with options and gather responses

Hi,

I need to send approval emails or emails with options to around 1000 people (emails are stored in a SharePoint list or Excel). I can use Power Automate for that; however, I can only set the concurrency max to 50. This means that only when someone from the first batch of 50 responds will the 51st person receive an email.

Is there any other way or workaround to send this amount of approval emails and gather responses more efficiently?

Hi,

As you mentioned, the concurrency max is 50 and cannot be modified. If you’re comfortable with coding, you can explore using Azure Functions to send emails and handle responses.

However, based on your description and the number of users, I think it would be better to create a Microsoft Form and send it to all the employees. You can then process the .xlsx file created with their responses.

Hi

Even with the limitation of 50 concurrency option in apply to each loop, using parent -child flow concepts- a workaround can be done by which 2000+ approvals can be send at same time.
